The spray drying process is a method of dispersing liquid raw materials into mist-like precipitation in the drying chamber, and drying the mist droplets with hot air to obtain the product. The droplets can be realized by rotating atomizer or nozzle atomizer. The drying of the droplets can be accomplished by adjusting the temperature of the drying medium (usually air) or controlling the flow of the medium. The raw material can be a solution, emulsion or suspension, or a melt or paste. After drying, it can be made into powder, granule, hollow ball or pellet according to requirements
