We offer many different types of fluidized bed units suitable for applications in the food and dairy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. All devices are suitable for drying and/or cooling granules, powders, agglomerates or pellets, and for producing agglomerated and granular products from fine powders. Both fluidized beds can be used to process products suspended in air or gas layers. The process gas is conveyed through a special orifice plate and flows through the fluidized bed at a speed sufficient to support the weight of the particles in the fluidized state. Bubbles are formed and broken in the fluidized bed of the material, prompting the particles to move violently. In this state, the solid behaves like a free-flowing boiling liquid.
